What does the membership include?The Padbike asd membership includes: 1) The membership includes basic insurance in case of accidents 2) To participate in all the activities organized by Padbike ASD, whether they are free or paid, it is mandatory to be a member.

Is a medical certificate necessary?To register for Padbike asd you must have a non-competitive medical certificate, which must be sent via email at the time of registration. If you do not have the non-competitive medical certificate at the time of registration, you can send it later. However, it is mandatory to send it before the date on which you want to participate in any activity organized by Padbike. To participate in a trial Giratina it is NOT necessary to have a non-competitive medical certificate.

Quali sono i metodi di pagamento per tesserarsi?Al momento è possibile tesserarsi solamente tramite bonifico bancario, a breve saranno resi possibile altri metodi come carta di credito/debito.

Come vestirsi a una Giratina?Abbigliamento consigliato: 1) Maglietta a maniche lunghe traspirante 2) Pantaloncini corti e fondello. 3) Maschera o occhiali protettivi, guanti, ginocciere. 4) Scarpe con suola rigida es Vans. 5) Camera d'aria di scorta. Casco OBBLIGATORIO, senza non potrete partecipare a nessun tipo di escursione

THE GRAN SASSO TRAILS
The paths of the Gran Sasso Park are extremely varied, ranging from the alpine and rocky terrain of Monte Aquila to the beautiful beech woods characteristic of the eastern side of the Park.
In this Giro del Gran Sasso MTB Tour, thanks to a dedicated luggage transfer, we will travel a ring of over 140km in which we will explore Campo Imperatore, famous Western Canyons, Medieval Fortresses and much more.
You can expect to cover around 45km per day and an average positive elevation gain of 900m to 1200m

ACCOMODATION AND FOOD
We will stay the first night at the 3* Hotel la Rocca located a stone's throw from the famous Rocca Calascio. In the absence of the Moon, it will be possible to have a breathtaking view of the Milky Way at night.
The second night we will stay at an altitude of 2130m at the Campo Imperatore refuge.
In both we will stay in comfortable quadruple rooms.
